Do you take insurance?
Our services are self-pay but we happily provide superbills for clients to submit to their insurance company for possible reimbursement. As a non-Medicare provider, we are unable to see Medicare clients for occupational and physical therapy services, but are pleased to offer our Wellness Packages that provide the same level of expert insight from our physical or occupational therapists.
Where are you located?
SPMS provides home-based services in central Maryland including Howard and Montgomery counties. We also provide occupational therapy services in Frederick county. Our clinic is located at 2850 N. Ridge Road, #107, Ellicott City, MD. For patients outside of our treatment areas, we offer visits via telehealth.
Can you only treat patients in Maryland?
Currently we are only able to offer physical and occupational therapy to residents of Maryland. If you live outside the state we can offer our Wellness services via telehealth.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept credit/debit cards, checks, or direct payment via Zelle. If payment is made via credit or debit card there is a 3% processing fee added to the total amount.
