Our Practice
Specialty Pain Management Services is a leading pain management provider in central Maryland. Established in 2021, SPMS has grown from a small, mobile outpatient practice in Howard County to a multidisciplinary practice across several counties. Our services have expanded to include occupational therapy, physical therapy, and ongoing wellness plans to meet the needs of our communities.
Our practice is focused on modern pain management research and guidelines, which emphasizes lifestyle strategies, self-management, movement, and holistic attention to all areas of a client's life in order to achieve long-term relief. Our staff are specially trained on the neuroscience behind chronic pain and are positioned to empower you to find tools the empower you to master your personalized pain management plan. Sessions are offered in the home, via telehealth, or in our clinic located in Ellicott City.
